The Fine Print - it gets even finer after you spill coffee on it

Here at Riviera Real Estate - we have a very clearly defined legal methodology that we strictly adhere to when it comes to contracts and legal documents.

For the most part our agreements are very straight forward contracts - standard issue deals that we have photocopied like a 1000 times so that they're barely legible - but hey you lawyers got glasses right? Our favorite thing to do though, is to hide a little clause or two, in amongst the notes on a fairly regular article and have that clause really fundamentally alter the overall conditions of the agreement - in our favor of course. Most people never catch that stuff and then if the shit hits the fan our ass is covered.

Better still if your uptown smucko lawyer finds it - well, then we issue whole new contract and so he's got start over and then you get to pay him again (or just say fuck it and sign it) - ha ha then we got ya - ha!
