This spot is truly tranquil and divine. Scenes from "The Lord of the Rings" were shot here amongst the trees and in the valleys. Better still this land is hugely rich in cash crop coal. The locals have never exploited this well known resource because they're sentimental about the land (young country) but it's ripe for the taking. There's the opportunity to open strip mine this whole region and reap in the beautiful black booty. Afterwards just throw some grass seed around and re-introduce some wildlife to replace those lost in the mining and no one will even know (not many planes flying around this region).
